This is a classic Zinfandel medium to full bodied with loads of blackberry fruit and a nice spicy white pepper finish. This classic "ancient vine zin" is crafted from vines planted in the late 1890's. If you like Zin, you'll love this.

NEW RELEASE This robust and fruit forward Cabernet was grown in Penn Valley Vineyards of the Sierra Ft Hills. These hillside vines are facing south west and reside on rocky granit and loamy soil. The vineyard is aproximately 15 years old.
We admire the dedication the growers have towards vineyard management and to preserving the land. Drip irrigation is used sparingly to give the fruit more intensity and flavor.
