is your winery? |
| Our winery is located in Pahrump Nevada, in the shadow of the beautiful Charleston Peak. Currently, our wines are produced and bottled in modern and technologically advanced facilities. We invite you to visit us at our tasting rooms. We are approximately a one hour drive northwest of the Las Vegas strip on Highway #160. |
| How
long does delivery take? |
| We normally ship by UPS or other private carriers. Delivery takes one to two weeks depending on the time of year and the complexity of the order. |
| Why
does it take so long? |
| Each and every bottle is labeled and packed to each customer's specifications. Our fulfillment process is designed so that any order, regardless of size, can be personalized by the customer. This process entails the printing and application of each wine label, one at a time, by hand, for every bottle of wine that we sell. We have quality control to insure the accuracy of these efforts. The process takes time, but we feel that the assurance of quality and satisfaction is worth it! |

Winery operates distinct licenses in NV. We ship Pahrump Wines to individuals 21 years of age or older in the following states: |
| CA - CO - FL (with restrictions) - IA - IL - MI - MN - MO - NH (with restrictions) - NM - NV - NC - OH - OR - VA - WA - D.C. - WV - WY |
| It is not legal for us to ship to other states due to their state laws and or limitations to our carrier. If your state does not allow wine to be shipped in, and would like wine to be shipped to your state, please write to your state legislator and tell them that you would like to have the law changed. |
