So I'm reading about this wonderful wine that I was smart enough to buy after tasting at the winery, and I see the flavor of mocha used in the description but from my tasting in the winery and my tasting a thousand miles North, I would change the flavor to smocha for the hint of smoke. Thank you for enriching my palate.
