Wine Profile

Tasting Notes This is a wonderful intensely perfumed lightly sweet wine with ripe flavors and firm character. Pear, passion fruit, and white grapefruit meld together beautifully on the bouquet and palate giving you a fruit cocktail that has you wanting more. Perfect patio or carpet picnic wine with cheese and crackers, summer sausage, and fresh fruit.
Winemaker Notes This is a special "vintner's blend" of several grapes. My goal was to create a wine of multiple dimensions that would be enjoyed by many different palates. I believe our Symphony wine lovers will love this wine, a little less sweet but bursting with wonderful flavors.

I love this wine, it is not to sweet or to dry, its perfect! I love the pear taste in the wine. I live in Las Vegas and have traveled a few times to the winery to buy it. Unfortunately, none of the stores sell it here yet, I am patiently waiting. The best white wine I have ever had. Try it, it is wonderful!

I fell in love with this wine. It was amazing with the shrimp scampi.

This is by far the best wine I have ever tasted. I don't like wine or any alcohol with food but this has such a light flavor I am finally able to enjoy a glass of wine with dinner. I am heartbroken that I can't drive around the corner to Lee's Liquor or Total Wine to get a bottle. :(
