A wine like no other. Slightly sweet from start to finish with a perfumed vibrant nose of plum and fig along with undertones of soft toast. Virtually no tannin makes this light bodied red wine the ideal partner for a spicy mole or bolognaise sauce.
Food Pairing Notes
Great with turkey burgers, steak & mushrooms, chocolate desserts.

My Fiancé & I love to travel both globally and domestically and have still never had a better Burgundy anywhere else in the world! We are huge fans and advocates of the Pahrump Burgundy and will be lifelong loyalists!

This is a semi-sweet red wine that is superbly made -- and I say this a lover of dry reds. This is not a mouthful of sugar. The nose is Jolly Rancher grape candy. It's got black grapes and blackberries upfront, and then it's got a spicy orange clove finish. The acid in it makes it nice and zingy around the edges. In other words, this wine has layers. The finish is short and crisp.
Enjoy with BBQ and Hamburgers, or pair it with spicy Italian. It would also pair well with (and help quench the flames of) a 5 alarm chili.

I don't ordinarily drink reds, and I was even hesitant to try this at tasting. My companion tasted, and I caught a bit of the bouquet as he did. I caved and tried it. This is the best...BEST...burgundy I have ever had. It's so light, with a rich fruit to it. The blackberry is obvious, and the finish is smooth. I actually paired it with olive oil-poached salmon with dill, and goat cheese, ginger and cardamom quinoa. It was just lovely.

My girlfriends and I had the pleasure of visiting this winery while we were on our Vegas trip from New Jersey. The meal was out of this world yummy and the atmospher was amazing. Wow! What a pure delight and very enjoyable. I am a huge fan of this burgundy. Now that our six ordered bottles are gone, time to reorder. Love it! By the way, the girls and I will be back next May 2014 for lunch.

I had the pleasure of doing the wine tour as part of a weekend event that I went to. This was a gift from the hostess of the event. She handed me the bottle and told me let it breathe a little. I was floored when I tasted this. It hit my palette and I almost cried. It's the finest burgundy I've ever tasted. I have every intention of buying several bottles in the near future as gifts for family and friends. Keep up the great work!

We have been enjoying this wonderful wine for at least 5 years. We buy it by the 1 or 2 case load, just for by wife and I. By far, this is the best wine in our home. We will value Pahrump for their fine winemaking skills and warm people skills. Thank you.

My husband and I stopped by here while visiting Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch. We've never done a wine tasting. In fact, we don't drink much wine at all. The ladies were very nice and helpful. We liked this wine so much we ordered a bottle at dinner plus 6 bottles for home. We ordered other wines but this was our favorite. We did not find it sweet -- just a wonderful full-bodied burst of flavor. We will definitely be buying more and plan to visit the winery again.

This is not your "normal" burgundy. This will knock your socks off. Just ordered another case because it's the first wine our guests will pull from the wine case. Just love it!

This is the greatest burgundy, we bought a case. Loved it.

It is worthy of a 10 star rating. Usually, I will only drink Burgundy when I am enjoying a rare steak. I am so glad our daughter and son-in-law brought us a bottle of your Burgundy. I have never tasted a better wine. Will be getting some ordered very soon.

I had a bottle last night with some high quality steaks. This bottle was given to me as a gift 12 years ago from a late friend of mine. Wish he was still here so I couldn’t do thank him. I won’t wait 12 years to open the next one!!

Being new to Las Vegas, we visited this vineyard as recommended. Gorgeous lunch, interesting and educational tour, and all the wine we sampled were outstanding. We purchased several varieties and while none disappointed, this burgundy is certainly worth center stage and alone would be worth the drive from Vegas just to buy a single bottle of this lovely nectar.

The latest burgundy is by far the best ever bottled at the PVW...the quality of the wine, food and atmosphere is an amazing step up in the last two years...they are winning Winery of the year from European travel magazines...if you can get here, go, its well worth the effort

I don't care for dry wine at all and I was surprised when I tried your American Burgundy almost 20 years ago. It has a wonderful bouquet without the tannins.
